European Union Commissioner visited permanent mission
On 10 October, European Union Commissioner for Health and Food Safety Vytenis Andriukaitis visited the Permanent Mission of Lithuania to the UN Office and Other International Organizations in Geneva and met with the staff of the permanent mission. He was accompanied by the Member of EU Commissioner‘s Cabinet, Ms Annika Nowak and the Head of EU delegation in Geneva, Ambassador Peter Sorensen.
EU Commissioner V. Andriukaitis takes part in the Health Care Summit in Geneva, where he will talk about the best ways to deliver on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) health agenda. EU Commissioner will present the European Union‘s continued role in shaping and delivering this agenda and financial, trade and policy instruments that keep the agenda on track.
