Lithuania Marks International Day for Elimination of Violence against Women

To mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women on 25 November, Lithuania joins the global awareness initiative “Orange the World”. The call for action to stop violence against women is visualized in the Lithuanian capital by lighting up in orange the Presidential Palace, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Vilnius Town Hall, and the building housing the European Institute for Gender Equality.
