Permanent Representative of Lithuania to WTO Dalia Kadišienė participated in the 10th session of Trade and Development Commission of UNCTAD

The Chair of the WTO Trade Facilitation Committee, Permanent Representative of Lithuania to WTO Dalia Kadišienė participated in the 10th session of Trade and Development Commission of UNCTAD (UN Conference on trade and development).

During the Plenary Session on Trade facilitation D. Kadišienė presented up-to-date information regarding implementation of the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA), incl. ratification and notification processes, briefed on Committee’s main activities, appreciated significant work of the UCTAD, especially in the implementation of important trade facilitation projects on the ground, which contribute to sustainable economic development and trade growth.
